Juss Peltonen

Olen biomekaniikan tohtori (linkki väitöskirjaan) ja juoksun ja jalkapallon ystävä. Olen tutkinut kudosten mekaanista kuormittumista harjoittelussa, urheiluvammojen syntymekanismeja ja motorista oppimista. Tässä blogissa pyrin tuomaan esille tieteellistä ja todistusaineistoon perustuvaa näkökulmaa harjoitteluun ja valmennukseen.
